What the big franchise names don’t tell you
Most of the restoration brands you see on TV are franchise systems. Your “local” branch is a franchisee who pays the parent company a royalty, uses the parent’s software, and often routes dispatch through a centralized call center in another state. The crew on your job is often a sub crew the franchisee hired for the week.

2. We time our own response
Every Provo call is logged with the arrival time. If we miss the 45-minute window (Mon-Sat 8-5), the inspection is free. The clock is on the work order, in writing.
3. We run our own mold clearance
Most Utah mold firms either skip post-remediation clearance or hire a third-party industrial hygienist for $350-$650 that goes on your bill. Vault’s crew is IICRC AMRT-certified, and we send air samples to Sporecyte lab ourselves. One invoice, same chain of custody.
4. We rebuild on the same license
Many restoration companies only mitigate. Vault’s Utah DOPL general contractor license covers drywall, flooring, cabinetry, trim, and paint. Same crew, no handoff, no finger-pointing.
